Why Learn Tai Chi?
For me, Tai Chi is much more than a martial art—it's a philosophy of life that has transformed my daily routine, and I believe it can transform yours too.
I have been practicing martial arts for over 35 years, with a special focus on Tai Chi. After years of practicing the Yang style (the 108 form and the 37 short form by Cheng Man Ching), I discovered the Sun style in 2007, which marked a turning point in my journey. This unique style blends Tai Chi elements with the philosophy and energy principles of Xingyi Quan and Bagua Zhang. It emphasizes Qi (vital energy) and helps cultivate a calm, peaceful inner state.
In 2014, I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Jacques Moramarco in Cambodia, a direct student of Master Sun Shurong.

Thanks to his teachings, I was able to deepen my understanding of Tai Chi and refine my techniques to offer an authentic and impactful practice.
The Sun style is often considered as the most modern of Tai Chi styles because it has evolved to meet the changing needs of contemporary practitioners, especially those focused on health and well-being.
Its approach is distinctive, effective, and accessible due to its fluidity, energetic grounding, and influences from other internal arts.
My Journey and Vision for Tai Chi

My path has gone beyond martial arts. For four years, I led Angkor Zen Gardens, a retreat center in Cambodia, where I helped over 1,500 people reconnect with themselves through meditation and mindfulness. These experiences showed me how transformative Tai Chi can be for lives.
Alongside this, I developed Zen & Performance, an innovative coaching method that combines Tai Chi principles with practical leadership skills. This approach reflects my vision for Tai Chi: a practice that strengthens both your body and mind and can be applied to every area of life.
